Lime and salt the rim of a margarita glass. Combine ingredients in a shaker or blender, add plenty of ice and shake or blend. Pour and serve.

Blend all with two scoops vanilla ice cream and float another 1/2 oz Jamaican rum on top.

3 oz. Milk

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

0.5 cup Crushed Ice

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at High speed.  Pour drink into a Collins glass and garnish with a Pineapple Slice and a Maraschino Cherry.
