Motown In Love
Lyrics From the Golden Era
by Herb Jordan
Pantheon Books
"I needed the shelter of someone's
arms, and there you were.
I needed someone to understand my ups and downs, and there you
were.
With sweet love and devotion,
Deeply touching my emotions.
I want to stop, and thank you, baby,
I want to stop, and thank you, baby.
How sweet it is to be loved by you…"
"How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You"
Written by Edward Holland, Jr., Lamont Dozier, Brian Holland

There is nothing more inspiring than the songs of Motown. As a song
writer, just seeing them on the page makes me want to grab a pen and
paper and search my heart for the perfect words. This book is priceless!
Timeless! And spectacular!
