A Laymen’s Guide to Starting a Business from the Ground
by Delano M. White

Otherside Press

Millions of individuals have dreams of starting their own business. Unfortunately, most of them will never realize this dream. A majority of the one’s who do will never achieve long-term success. Delano M. White is an individual who has reached this goal. He is now taking his lessons and helping other business owners. His first book, Diary of a Mad Businessman: A Laymen’s Guide to Starting a Business from the Ground will teach others how to do the same.

The book details the struggles undertaken to open and manage a new business. The book begins years before the author actually conceived of a business concept. It discusses the foundation that future business owners must build before they can consider launching a business and continues through with lessons learned after the business opened.

Diary
has fifty easy-to-comprehend chapters designed to give entrepreneurs a competitive advantage. The material covers everything from selecting and replacing business partners to dealing with “rep tape” as well as how to grow from a small to medium/large business. Each chapter gives fun, heart-felt stories and ends with a 4-5 bullet point synopsis of the lesson that the reader should take away from the chapter.
